15.5 tickets per second. No ticket dispensing mechanism in the world is faster.
In high-traffic environments, ticket dispensing speed directly affects queue throughput and the smoothness of the customer experience. Every fraction of a second counts, and a slow mechanism can become a bottleneck for the entire system.
KYTronics’ KPT-2100 meets this challenge with a record dispensing speed of 15.5 tickets per second—the highest performance level in its category. Designed for integration into vending machines and self-service kiosks, this mechanism is compatible with a wide range of 1-, 3-, 5-, and 6-window "pull-tab" tickets on paper stock up to 0.6 mm thick.
Its capacity reaches 900 tickets per column, significantly reducing the frequency of refills during operation. An intelligent alert system indicates low-level thresholds and stock depletion, with alerts at 100, 70, 40, and 0 tickets remaining, enabling operators to plan service interventions in advance.
The KPT-2100 communicates via an RS-485 interface through a standard 14-pin connector and operates on 24 VDC power. An optional base with a locking latch supports multi-column configurations with 2, 4, 6, or 8 columns, providing the modularity required for high-capacity vending machines.
This mechanism is designed for integrators developing ticket vending kiosks, lottery terminals, or any equipment requiring high-speed ticket dispensing.
